Mark A. Howald Construction & Design was established in 2000 as a residential construction business.  I began my business doing mostly small remodel jobs and worked my way into doing much larger remodels, and new homes.  My niche has become the custom home.  I still take on remodels if the timing is right, or I have worked for the client in the past.  I enjoy building what the customer wants, because in the end, it’s their home.  I do love getting involved with customers who put challenges in front of me and allow me to stretch my creativity as well as build on theirs.
